Can Do!!!

Well ,while I was searching for some interesting pictures for my orkut profile, I bumped into this picture. This simple monochromatic diagram says so much. This is THE attitude required in today’s world. “Yes! I can do!!!” whatever it may come!!! Once you successfully install this in your mind… you have the whole world at your feet. Your will-power, your inner strength will increase many folds. But is all this so easy to do?

YES!! CAN DO!!!

A friend indeed?

“A friend in need is a friend Indeed.” Is it true? Do you still find such people whom you can blindly trust that they will point out your mistakes on your face, will be your friend without ant “reason”? Let’s put it this way...do you have it in you to be a friend to some one as above? Again if you are so, is the person you are with really worth that care? But again, the question arises, is your friendship such a rare thing that somebody needs to be worth for it?

I have been trying to find the answers to these questions for quite sometime now!!! But the simple “friendship” seems to be the most complex subject, when posed with these questions. You be a very good friend to some one and do your best to do what a friend should do.. “Stop your friend from doing anything wrong” and your friend shows you the middle finger and does the wrong thing in front of you just to prove the point “This is my life, and you better don’t interfere in my business” and you face it from the same person who just a while ago comes to you and makes you believe you are the best friend, blah blah....

Is it deliberate insult or plain misunderstanding or cheating or just my nature of going out of the way to help someone and ending up intruding in his/her personal space....?

Some time a “Slap on the face” seems much less hurting!!! I think such experiences over the time have made me more of a neutral person and kind of insulated from emotions... I don’t know if I can be good friend to any body ever…mostly it will be socialising from now on…no personal feelings for anybody… its much better than hurting yourself again and again….

What I have learnt is other than your parents nobody is a “Friend indeed”...

The Colloseum: Killing for others entertainment!!

Colloseum, in ancient days slaves were made to fight and kill each other...for the entertainment of the Rich and free men......
The Situation is still the same ..... only difference is now the mind is enslaved. Few oppurtunists have taken control of our mind and make us fight each other...huh!!!
Will we remain just Gladiators whole life? Shouldn't we become a Maximus (ref: the movie Gladiator) and free our and others minds.? Its a matter of personal choice though!!!

You deserve it...

Even a piece of marvel like this, needed publicity to get its due admiration. Your great talents are next to nothing, unless you put forth them to the world. By keeping one's talents to self , not only you do injustice to yourselves , but its also to all the other people around ,who till now could not find a good reason to appreciate your existence...

The Bed...

Now thats how the bed of an IT guy should be like....
Only a software engineer can take 10 different task at a time and could finish all of them (almost) on time. True ,the life of IT guy is spent mostly on work by fixing a production bug or giving over night support or just plain struggle to understand the code , written half by some one else , which needs to be completed within next 2 days. But still we do enjoy our life ,in whatever little time we get....
